Help/Systems was founded in 1982 when Dick Jacobson began selling a small program he’d written—called Robot/38—that automated job scheduling on the System/38. As the company grew, Help/Systems earned its reputation for functional, reliable software products, coupled with the best customer support in the world. In 2010, we challenged our developers to create a brand new automation solution that would cater to the rest of the world. We combined the wish lists of our customers with the working knowledge of our most seasoned testers. We polled the sales team and customer support staff.
