Our Culture
The Skybot Software team is committed to making lives better with enterprise automation. We stand behind our product, Skybot Scheduler, and its ability to help companies save time and money. These are the ten core values that make Skybot Software so unique:
- Accept any challenge. Every customer has a unique need, and we won’t stop working until our products excel for them.
- Stay open-minded. (Never say never). Once you accept that anything is possible, it will come true. We will never dismiss a good idea.
- Treat people with kindness. We don’t hire jerks.
- Keep the bar higher. Try to outdo yourself every day. A company that isn’t willing to change will never grow.
- Astound from all angles. We want our customers to be blown away by the service they receive—no matter who they’re talking to or how they’re communicating.
- Have contagious passion. We love what we do because we believe in our product and its ability to make lives better through automation.
- Keep it simple. It doesn’t take a Ph.D. to understand our products. We make scheduling and automation technology accessible to everyone.
- Take orders from the front lines. We rely on customer-driven development to drive the growth of our products and services. We give our employees the freedom to make decisions and take ownership of issues in need of improvement.
- Appreciate long-term relationships. We aren’t looking for a quick sell. We measure success by years of active and open communication with our customers.
- Provide refreshing value. We will never charge for the added benefits of our products, such as great service, expertise, and quality.
Our Community
At Skybot Software, we feel that giving back is critical to the wellbeing of our employees, our community, and our business. Our Good Neighbor committee regularly plans local volunteer opportunities and fundraising events for our staff. In addition to local efforts, Skybot Software employees strive to be Good Neighbors globally. Many of our employees have become sponsors to students in Tanzania, Africa through a program called Peace House.
